Fitevo Cardio Theatre plays a different movie every day of the year and has multiple treadmills, ellypticals, and bikes for your entertainment convenience. Full body curcuit training provides you with a complete circle of equipment that will give you a full body work out. Individual core machines provide you with the essential equipment to complete your strenth training routine. Lat pull down equipment with a variety of attachments. Free weights from 5lbs to 100lbs. Squat racks, benches, etc. Aerobics room for Group Fitness Classes with a back room full of personal equipment, mats, and bands. Personal Training studio for clients and boot camps include TRX, medicine balls, kettle bells, turf floor, and heavy bags. Mens and Womens locker rooms with individual showers which provide shampoo and body wash, over 100 lockers, lobby area, and changing rooms. Nutrition Center through Biogenesis provides free consultations and plenty of health and performance supplements. Kids Club for ages 3 months to 14 years old gives kids plenty of activities including a basketball court, gymboree, toys, arts and crafts, puzzles, board games, books, and a baby area. Seattle Sun Tan is a fully servicable salon for all members and non members with all levels of tanning beds, spray tans, formstars, and tan enhancing/skin protecting lotions. The gym itself is well ventalated and has fans throughout. We pride ourself on being a very clean and maintaned facility.
